We do not use uploaded project files to train public artificial-intelligence models.

Submitted files may be processed or stored by service providers that support website hosting, file storage, email, security, project coordination, and related business operations. Those providers are authorized to handle information only for the services they provide to us, subject to their applicable agreements and legal obligations.

No transmission or storage method is completely secure. If materials require an executed nondisclosure agreement, restricted-access environment, export controls, or another special handling protocol, contact us before uploading them.

Carve Creation does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

We do not use personal information submitted through project inquiries or project files for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change in a way that constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable privacy law, we will update this Policy and provide required opt-out mechanisms before engaging in that activity.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:

Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the status of the relationship or project, contractual requirements, and applicable law. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely archive it.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
