From Fixed Construction
to Reusable Space
Traditional interior construction is fixed to one location. When a workplace lease ends or operational requirements change, much of that investment may be demolished and discarded.
Carve Flex™ is designed to be disassembled, relocated, reconfigured, and used again—reducing material waste and preserving more of the value invested in the space.
Own a Reusable Corporate Asset
When purchased, the system belongs to the organization rather than the building. It can be relocated to another floor or property, adapted to a different use, or supplemented with additional components as requirements change.

When leased, Carve Flex™ can reduce the need for a large upfront investment in permanent construction and align the commitment more closely with the intended period of use.
The exact accounting treatment depends on the agreement and the organization’s accounting policies. Clients should confirm whether a particular arrangement qualifies as an operating or capital expense with their financial advisers.
One Component System, Multiple Layouts
Carve Flex™ creates adaptable interior spaces from a streamlined family of standardized components. Structural profiles, connection details, wall panels, and ceiling elements work together as a coordinated platform, allowing different layouts to share compatible parts.
The system is configured around the space and its intended use. When requirements change, compatible components can be retained, rearranged, or combined with additional parts to form a new configuration.
A Shared Structural Framework
Standardized columns, beams, and connectors establish the framework. Straight, corner, three-way, and four-way connections support different arrangements within the system’s dimensional and structural requirements.
Repeated components reduce the number of distinct parts needed across configurations, simplifying manufacturing, component identification, and replacement planning.
Configurable Enclosure and Finishes
Compatible wall and ceiling components define how open or enclosed each area feels. The platform accommodates different combinations of partitions, finishes, and ceiling treatments, including solid panels and open metal grilles.
These choices allow spaces to share the same underlying system while responding to different activities, visual preferences, and site conditions.
Reconfigure With Existing Components
A change in layout does not always require an entirely new space system. Compatible structural members and enclosure components can be recovered and reused, with additional or alternative parts introduced where needed.
The extent of reuse depends on the original configuration, the proposed layout, component condition, and the requirements of the new location.
A Streamlined Component Family
Carve Flex™ is developed around a limited, coordinated range of component types rather than a separate set of custom parts for every layout. This approach supports consistent production and makes it easier to plan assembly, inventory, maintenance, and future changes.
Each configuration is reviewed for dimensions, stability, access, integrated systems, and site requirements before manufacturing or reassembly.
Requests outside the standard platform are reviewed individually. Nonstandard components may require additional development, engineering, testing, cost, and production time and may not be available under the lease program.

How We Work
Carve Flex™ follows the same transparent, milestone-based delivery framework used across Carve Creation.
Define and Approve
We review the intended use, occupancy, location, duration, site conditions, integrated systems, responsibilities, budget, and schedule. The appropriate configuration is then developed and approved as the basis for manufacturing.
Manufacture and Verify
Materials, finishes, details, and integrated components are reviewed at the agreed milestones. Following approval, production proceeds with documented inspections and preassembly checks.
Deliver and Close Out
The completed system is inspected, documented, packaged, and coordinated for delivery and installation according to the approved deployment plan.
Clients can follow decisions, approvals, production milestones, and logistics through the Carve Creation Project Portal.
