What "confident decisions" means

Confidence comes from two things. A model that convinces the room — stakeholders, investors, buyers, and government agencies see scale, massing, and intent at a glance, with nothing left to interpretation. And a process you can trust — every step is guided and clearly informed on our Studio Portal, so the decision is made with full visibility, never guesswork.

Common questions

Good to know.

How much does an architectural model cost?

Architectural scale model projects typically begin around $2,000, with final pricing based on scale, level of detail, and presentation requirements. Because each model is custom-built, pricing is confirmed after reviewing project scope and intended use.

What files do you need to start?

Dimension drawings, 3D files, or reference images are typically sufficient to begin a review. We accept CAD, PDF, Revit, Rhino, and SketchUp. If some information isn't finalized, we can still guide you to the right scope.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. Models are professionally packed and shipped across the United States and Canada for delivery to offices, sales galleries, and presentation venues. Shipping is reviewed as part of project planning.

What scale should my model be?

Common scales include 1:50, 1:100, 1:200, and 1:500 — each suited to different needs. Scale selection is guided by model size, viewing distance, and required detail, and we provide recommendations during review.
