A lighting concept may establish the intended appearance, scale, and light quality without fully resolving how the fixture will be constructed, powered, mounted, serviced, tested, or certified.

Carve Creation coordinates the physical fixture as a complete manufactured assembly, including its structural, decorative, optical, and electrical components. Depending on the project, this may involve light sources, LED modules, drivers, diffusers, lenses, reflectors, controls, mounting systems, internal frames, thermal management, and maintenance access.

Testing and certification can be coordinated when required. Applicable standards, listing methods, responsibilities, costs, and schedules should be established early because they may affect fixture construction and component selection.

We review the design intent, fixture schedule, quantities, materials, lighting requirements, mounting conditions, certification criteria, responsibilities, budget, and schedule. The available information is developed into an approved basis for pricing, sampling, and manufacturing.

Manufacture and Verify

Critical materials, finishes, lighting components, details, mockups, and prototypes are reviewed at the agreed milestones. Following approval, production proceeds with documented inspections, assembly checks, and required testing.

Deliver and Close Out

Completed fixtures are inspected against the approved requirements, documented, identified, protected, packaged, and coordinated for delivery or installation according to the agreed scope.

Complete construction documents are not required for an initial review. Helpful starting information includes:
