Carve Creation can begin with completed furniture drawings or with an earlier concept that has not yet been fully resolved for production. When information is incomplete, we help establish the dimensions, materials, construction, finishes, hardware, and other technical details required for pricing, sampling, and manufacturing.
The extent of development depends on the completeness of the design and the complexity of the product. Broader original design services, when required, are defined separately from our core manufacturing scope.

We review the design intent, quantities, performance requirements, materials, responsibilities, budget, schedule, and delivery conditions. The available information is developed into an approved basis for pricing, sampling, and manufacturing.
Manufacture and Verify
Critical materials, finishes, hardware, details, and prototypes are reviewed at the agreed milestones. Following approval, production proceeds with documented inspections throughout manufacturing and assembly.
Deliver and Close Out
Completed products are inspected against the approved requirements, documented, identified, packaged, and coordinated for delivery or installation according to the agreed scope.
